Sikorsky Shares guarantees availability within four hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Service Area
The current operating area is in and around the Greater Metropolitan New York City area. Operations currently expand as far north as Albany, south to Washington D.C., west to Gettysburg, and east to Nantucket.

Undivided Interest
The ownership of your helicopter is an undivided interest that will not be affected by the actions of other owners. A one-time acquisition fee purchases your interest for the 5-year program.

Liquidity
At the conclusion of the five (5) year program, Sikorsky Shares will repurchase your share based on Fair Market Value or transfer the value into another share.

Optional Upgrade
At any time during your fee program you may choose to upgrade the size of your share.

Monthly Management Fee
A single monthly fee covers all indirect costs, including crew, maintenance, insurance, training, and administration.

Annual Cost
Use of the helicopter is divided into an annual usage account. The fee for this account includes the cost for fuel, landing fees and parking. You pay for occupied flight time only.
